Muddling in a Peach Grove with Will

1 unpeeled peach, cut into chunks

14 leaves pineapple sage (Goose Creek Gardens)

1 ounce simple syrup (bring to a boil ½ cup sugar in 1 cup water, simmer 3 minutes to completely dissolve)

1 ½ ounce fresh lime juice

4 ounces Siembra Azul Blanco tequila

Muddle peach, pineapple sage leaves thoroughly; strain, pressing with back of spoon, into shaker. Add simple syrup, lime juice and 4 ounces Siembre Azul. Add ice, shake and pour into cocktail glasses. Makes 2.
